Delivery and Other Requests

If you have ordered a vehicle through our SmartCar Sales Team and have been issued with a Purchase Contract then you can use this page to request a delivery update or other information.

Dealers are requested to update delivery status each month or when it becomes available and as we get close to a delivery time we check on ETA for deliveries each week and update our system.

If you request a delivery date and it has not been updated by the dealer recently we will request an update on your behalf and then notify you by your given email address.

If the information provided by you on your Purchase Contract changes you can use this page to update.
